Theft and Lies (gems)

The devs. using a fake rewards for sharing their app..
I have shared their app for over 150 people and I got enough gems to get 25$ iTunes gift and 10$ Amazon..
BUT when I tried to get the rewards it gives "this reward is not available at this time"..
I tried everyday with same results..
I contacted the support and they have replayed after 4 emails and they repeated the same message that those rewards are not available!!

I REPORTED this to itunes and they should take them out for cheating and faking people to download their app
